From this blog I can see that he has a passion for teaching and wanting to improve other teachers. He seems to want to help many of the young teachers who are just starting out. He does not seem to mind to give his 2 cents on any matter of education, hence the name of the blog. Lastly he travels to many different educational conferences and give his experience of of these conferences. The entry that I have commented on was about teaching technology to students.
